We, at SCOTNET are delighted to announce the achievement of the BRC/IOP Technical Standard and Protocol, under the efsis auditing authority.

The achievement of the efsis accredited Standard recognises SCOTNET’s commitment to continue to improve and develop our systems.

We have achieved the Standard not only for our entire Elastic Netting Manufacturing processes, but in addition, our Thermoformed Bone Protection process too.

What this means for our customers, is that they can be reassured that the renowned SCOTNET quality is here to stay, across all our products. In addition, the Standard reinforces SCOTNET’s commitment to full traceability and the finest manufacturing quality systems available.

What makes the achievement of the Standard even more valuable for our customers is that SCOTNET is the only manufacturer in Europe to control its entire production process under one roof, therefore by achieving the Standard, our entire process is accredited.

There are many auditing bodies available, but after discussions with several of our major customers, it became clear that they wanted us to achieve the Standard under the same body as many of them have chosen – efsis. They felt that achieving this Standard through efsis, would give them additional reassurance and confidence in our quality and processes.
